AXIS London has been curated with care and precision. The details below are here to support your preparation. If there is anything more you wish to explore, our team is available to assist you personally.

  • Doors open at 9:00 AM for arrival and light breakfast.

    The experience begins at 9:45 AM and concludes at approximately 6:00 PM.

  • Refined comfort is encouraged. Please wear attire that allows ease for movement, stillness, and rest. As your body relaxes, you may notice a drop in temperature, so we suggest bringing a light sweater, shawl, or wrap for comfort. Neutral tones are always welcome.

  • Water will be available throughout the day. You may wish to bring a journal for reflection, and you are welcome to carry a meaningful object to anchor your energy, a crystal, a piece of jewellery, or something symbolic that holds personal resonance. Everything else will be provided for you.

  • Yes. A curated, plant-forward menu will be served throughout the day, including a nourishing breakfast, vibrant lunch, and light refreshments. Every detail is designed to support your energy and balance.

  • Yes. Connection is part of the experience. There will be gentle moments throughout the day, including during lunch, designed for meaningful conversation and shared reflection.

  • The experience welcomes all adults seeking restoration and deeper presence. If you are currently navigating major health conditions or recent trauma, please reach out privately so we can ensure the experience supports your needs.

  • Not at all. AXIS London welcomes all, whether you are new to immersive practices or deeply familiar with them. The experience meets you where you are.

  • A discreet cinematographer will be present to capture the atmosphere and essence of the day. If you prefer not to appear in any visuals, please let us know at check-in and your privacy will be fully honoured. Reflections or testimonials are always optional.
